16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 T Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 T Green Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Dash ground Red Pepper
Parsley for garnish
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Beat cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended. Add juice, bell pepper, onion, w. sauce and ground pepper. Drop round spoonfuls of mixture to form a ring around a glass, just touching the outer edge of the glass. Smooth with a spatula and remove glass. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
