1/2 can pumpkin ( of course this depends on the size of the can- I use 1 small can),
1 c. sugar,
2 or 3 eggs,
2 cups milk ( use evaporated milk)
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1 tsp. ginger,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
salt,
1 or 2 Tbs. flour

Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt and flour. Beat eggs well and add to mixture. Add milk, stir well and pour into prepared pie shell and bake until brown and solid in center. (Probably at 375º) Aunt Stella says to add a "blob"of margarine to the batter?
