1 1/2 Lb Sirloin Tips Cubed
3 or 4 Buttons Garlic or Garlic Powder
6 to 8 Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
1 Tall Can Pearl Onions
6 to 8 Green Onions Chopped Fine
3/4 Cup Burgundy
1 Cup Beef Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in pan or deep skillet, just sear do not cook .
Add flour paste to burgundy and beef stock, cook on medium heat to thicken, add the meat and onions, reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. If too thick when you go to serve, thin with 2 parts wine and 1 part beef stock. You can make this in the afternoon and put in a covered casserole and place in 150º oven until ready to serve. This makes the meat more tender.
