1 Lb Fish Fillets
3 to 4 Tbsp Bisquick Baking Mix
1 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil (1 1/2 inches) in heavy skillet. Lightly coat fish with 3 to 4 Tbsp baking mix. Mix 1 cup baking mix, salt, egg and beer until batter is smooth. Dip fish into batter letting excess drip onto bowl. Fry fish until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side; drain.
