16 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese,
1 medium onion, diced,
1/2 tsp. tobasco,
1 c. chopped pecans,
3/4 c. Mayonnaise,
1 clove pressed garlic,
strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except preserves. Spray mold with Pam© or other non-stick spray and mold 6-8 hours. Unmold and serve with strawberry preserves in center of mold and crackers on the side.
