2 chickens roasted
1 onion sauted
1 lg. can of sliced olives
1 can of diced green chili's
Taco seasoning
1/2 lb. of cheddar cheese grated
1/2 lb. Jack cheese grated
corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x12 in. pan. Layer corn chips on bottom of pan. Take chicken off of bones & cut into cubes. Saute onion then mix with olives & chicken, mix in chili's. Set aside. Mix sauce & taco seasoning together( I use 1/2 pk.) Mix with chicken mixture. Pour over corn chips. Top with as much cheese as you like. Top with more corn chips crushed. Bake @ 325 for 30 min.

Very Good. Serve with sour cream if you like. You can do different variations with this recipe. More cheese, more olives spicier sauce or more or less chili's
