1 roll sausage
6 slices bread, cut into cubes
1/2 C milk
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 C water
1 C McCormick Sausage Country gravy mix
2 C cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter, melted
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
1. Crumble sausage into skillet and brown over medium heat. Remove from heat and drain oil. Spread over the bottom of a lightly greased 8x11 baking dish.
2. Whisk together eggs, water, milk, and gravy mix.
3. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour milk mixture over cheese and arrange bread cubes over top. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake uncovered for 40 min, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min before serving.
