24 saltine crackers,
1 pkg ground turkey,
1/3 c chopped onion,
1/4 c chili sauce,
1 tbl chopped dried parsley,
1 egg beaten,
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese,
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Finely roll 16 crackers,
Mix cracker crumbs, turkey, onion, chili sauce, parsley and egg.
On waxed paper pat meat mixture into rectangle,
Reserve 2 tbl cheese,
sprinkle remaining cheese, broccoli onto meat then coursely break remaining crackers and sprinkle over broccoli pressing lightly into meat,
roll up meat like a jelly roll and seal ends.
Place in loaf dish and bake @ 350º for 55-60 minutes. During last 5-10 minutes spread a layer of chili sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese
