4 cup flour

3 eggs Pinch salt water sauerkraut bacon onion
Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to flour, add water as needed a little at a time. Knead dough so its dry. Roll out dough and cut in rounds.Saute bacon and onion. Fill dough with sauerkraut and fold over. Boil in salt water.

This is per my mom's handwritten recipe. It sounds like the recipe makes a lot. I have no idea. I have not tried it.
