Ingredients:  
1lb chicken, cut into cubes(cut when partially frozen)
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2tsp garlic powder
1Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cans Great Northern Beans(rinsed and drained)
1 14.5oz can chicken broth
1 small can chopped green chiles
1tsp salt
1tsp cumin
1tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
1c sour cream
1/2c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, onion, garlic powder in vegetable oil. Add everything else and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. Take off heat, stir in sour cream and milk. Serve.
We always sprinkle a little cheese on it and sometimes we serve it over noodles as well.
