5 c. sweet rice flour
3 c. dark brown sugar (1 box, 2-1/4 c. is enough)
4 oz. shredded coconut
1 tsp. soda
2-3/4 c. water
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and soda.
2. Add water and mix well.
3. Spread in greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds.
4. Bake at 350º 50-55 mins. When done, sides will pull away from pan.
5. Cool & cut in 2x1/4" bars
