3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (15 ounces) can pumpkin (not pie mix)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 unbaked pie crust
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla & cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. Top w/ chopped pecans.

Bake for 50-55 min. or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate within 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
