4 Chicken breast halves
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can Cream Chicken Soup (or Asparagus soup)
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (I use 1 tsp.)
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs (I use 1/2 c.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained (16 oz. works too)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use 3/4 c.)
1 T. butter (do not melt)

1. Place chicken in medium skillet and add water just to cover.
2. Simmer until tender (15-20 mins). Drain well. Let cool slightly. Remove meat from bones in good size shreds.
3. Combine chicken soup, mayo, lemon and curry powder. Blend well.
4. Mix bread crumbs, butter and cheese together.
5. Arrange broccoli in single layer in 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Cover with chicken.
6. Pour soup mixture over. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and heated through.
