1/2 C sliced Cucumbers or other veggies
1 C uncooked Spiral Noodles
1/4 C sliced Onion
6 T Sugar
1/4 C Water
3 T Vinegar
3/4 tsp Mustard
3/4 tsp Dried Parsley, optional
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a bowl. Add cucumbers and onions. combine the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over noodles mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

This is a great salad for summer picnics. The longer this salad sits, the better it tastes. Also, extra mustard adds extra flavor.
