1/4 C sugar
1 egg
1 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 - 3/4 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp vanilla (pure)
milk (sorry no exact measurement)

Directions:
Directions:
In a med bowl, mix sugar & egg. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, & baking soda. Alternate adding flour mixture & milk a little at a time, to sugar and egg until the batter is a thinner consistency than pancakes. (The batter is a cross between crepes and pancakes.) Add the melted butter then vanilla. (I usually melt the butter in the skillet I'm using.)

This is Rebecca and Todd's favorite pancake recipe, not to mention my mothers family. My grandfather was a baker and my mom didn't like heavy pancakes so he made up this recipe for her.
