3/4 C sugar
3 eggs
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º
1.Warm a 9 inch pie dish.
2. Melt sugar in sauce pan over medium heat until liquid and golden brown. Pour into warm pie dish turning dish to evenly coat bottom and sides. Set aside.
3. Beat eggs. Beat in condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into baking dish.
4. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a water bath 1 hour and 15 min. Invert onto serving dish with edges when completely cool.
