3 cans white (navy) beans
1 med onion
1 can mild chopped green chiles
2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp dried garlic
2 c chicken broth
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp cumin (ground)
1 tsp crushed/flaked oregano
1/8 tsp ground red pepper or black pepper
4 half chicken breasts
Monterrey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut in bite size pieces. In large kettle or crock pot combine beans, soup, broth and spices. Add chicken and heat until thoroughly warm. Serve with cornbread. May add shredded cheese when serving
Can use dried onion flakes and garlic flakes. Reconstitute them by adding to the chicken broth and waiting 5 mins.
