2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 cubes of butter.

Mix dry ingredients. Cut soften butter into mixture

Peel, core and slice applies into 9 X 13 pan. Apples will shrink so pile high. Apply topping generously and pack firmly over apples. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour (until top is browned and apples are tender).

Optional: Serve a la mode.

Was previously a healthy apple crisp. Recipe has been altered (double the butter and eliminated the oats). Definitely an improvement.
