4 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1-20 oz. can apple or cherry pie filling (or any kind you like)
cinnamon & sugar mixture
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients and pour half of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour pie filling over batter. Drop remainder of batter by spoonfuls over top of filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-35 min. Test with toothpick.
