9-10 medium potatoes, diced and boiled,
2 onions chopped, 6 Tbs. flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1lb frankfurters, thinly sliced, 6 Tbs butter, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with flour, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and frankfurters. Put in a greased, shallow baking pan, dot with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 425º. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. (If you like cheese, add 1/2 c. shredded cheese when adding the milk and frankfurters.)
