1 box of Uncle Bens long grain rice with herbs
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
6 to 8 pieces of chicken
1/2 pkg. of onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease pan. Mix rice, soups and water. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix. Cover and seal with foil. Bake at 350º for 2 1/2 hours. Don't peek!
