6 c. ROLLED OATS
¼ c. CHOPPED ALMONDS
¼ c. CHOPPED PECAN'S
¼ c. CHOPPED WALNUTS
¼ c. RAW SUNFLOWER SEEDS
¼ c. RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
1/3 c. MAPLE SYRUP
¼ c. HONEY
¼ c. PINEAPPLE JUICE
COOKING SPRAY
¼ c. DRIED CRANBERRIES
¼ c. DRIED BLUEBERRIES
¼ c. DRIED CHERRIES

Preheat oven 300
Combined oats, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl. Mix together. Add syrup, honey and pineapple juice and toss well.
Spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly on pan.
Bake at 300 for 45 – 60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Toss in dried fruits and cool completely.
Store in an air tight container.

I do not always add all of the fruit, nuts or seeds, just what I have around at the time. Any dried fruit works well.
