4-6 chix breasts, boneless

Make a dipping batter by whisking togehter: 1/3 lb. melted butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 3 Tbs. dijon mustard, 1 Tbs. lemon juice.

Blend breading mix of: 2-3 cups Panko style bread crumbs, 3 Tbs. dried parsley, 1 Tbs. dried tarragon, 1cup parmesean cheese, grated

Dip chix breasts into batter, then breading and lay on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
