3 cups water, 2 cups soy sauce, 4 Tbs. minced ginger, 2 stalks lemongrass 1/2 Tbs. red pepper flakes, 2 Tbs. chinese Five Spice, 1/2 cup sherry, 2 Tbs. sesame seed oil.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. cool before marinating salmon overnight or several days.
