1 lb. hamburger
1 can green beans
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 carrots julienned
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 potatoes julienned
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 celery stalks julienned
1/2 cup water
1 can of cream of celery soup

In an electric fry pan, brown hamburger and onion. Remove meat from pan and set aside. Spray pan with cooking spray, then add carrots and celery. Cook 5 minutes and add potatoes. Cook 10 minutes, adding water if necessary. Add meat mixture, soup, beans, seasonings, and water. Stir gently; cover and let cook 10 min, stirring occasionally.
