2 large cans yams
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter melted
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 large cans yams with hand mixer leaving some chunks.
Blend together and mix with yams:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter melted
1 egg
Topping: 1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans (opt.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
