1/2 cup pretzels, crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 tblsp sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
2 cups cool whip
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz) packages of frozen strawberries
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water

In a 9x13 baking dish mix together pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 375º. Cool.

Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Mix in 2 cups cool whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Place in refrigerator while preparing jello.

Stir 2 cups boiling water into jello until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries. Stir until strawberries are thawed and mixture has thickened.

Combine unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Stir into jello mixture. Allow mixture to thicken then spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
