1/4 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sesame seeds*
1 tsp. Poultry seasoning
1 tsp. Accent (or not)
1 T. Salt
8 Chicken Thighs
Water
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
- Mix first first 5 ingredients and put in pie tin for
dredging
- Water in pie tin for dredging
- Put thighs in water (keep relatively wet) dredge in
sesame mixture and fry in enough hot oil to cover
1/2 to 3/4 of the chicken.
- Fry about 12 min. per side
- Put cooked chicken on paper towels to drain and
then serve

Be sure oil is hot enough that the coating doesn't fall off.

*Sometimes you can ask your bakery department and get sesame seeds much less expensively than in the little jars.
