1 cup hot water
2 (3 oz) packages lemon jello
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup pecans
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping (cool whip)
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water and add pineapple juice. Chill till thick, stirring occasionally. When thickened stir in pecans. Beat egg whites till frothy, add sugar and beat till peaks are formed. Fold egg whites and whipped topping into thickened jello. Pour into jello mold and refrigerate. Serve when set
