2 cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans Mexican corn, drained
6 green onions, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, diced
4 avocados, diced
2 packages dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing
1 c.vegetable oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
tobasco sauce to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and chill. If making ahead of time, leave out the avocado until right before serving. Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips.

This recipe makes a ton - can be easily halved. This salsa is a huge hit, people always request that I bring it to gatherings.
