1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch scallions
1/2 jar Baco bits

Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Chop scallions and soak in salted ice water for 15 minutes. Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over broccoli, cauliflower, and onions. Pour Baco bits on top.
