Boneless pork chops , thinly sliced
pancake batter
parmesan cheese and italian seasonings
center cut bacon
young sweet peas, canned
sugar
butter
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1TB butter and 1TB olive oil - heat in frying pan

Coat the pork chops (pounded flat) with 3TB pancake batter, seasoned to taste with grated parm cheese and italian seasonings

Saute coated pork chops in butter and olive oil til golden brown(turn after 3 minutes) separately fry the bacon til slightly crisp

When finished sauteing pork chops , add peas (1 can) 1/4 cup water, one TB sugar and bacon (chopped )to the frying pan and heat throughout

Place pork chops in casserole pan , pour peas and bacon on top, and heat inoven at 350º for 10 minutes.
