1 Egg
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Crisco
1/2 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, sugar and molasses together. Add the egg and beat. Add boiling water, flour, cinnamon, ginger, soda and salt. Mix all together.
Bake at 350º for 30 to 25 minutes in a 8 x 8 square pan.
