1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Flour
5 Cups Water
1 Cup Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion
1/2 Cup Celery
1/2 Cup Carrot
18 Oz Can Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tsp Accent
1 1/2 Tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1 Tbsp Beef Base
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat add veggies and drain. Melt butter in 2 quart pan and whip in flour to make a smooth paste. Add water and stir to thicken, continue stirring and add accent, pepper, beef base, tomatoes, add kitchen bouquet. Add to meat and veggies. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasional.
