1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1/4 Cup Butter Melted
1 Egg Beaten

Combine all ingredients and spread over warm cake. Put under broiler until bubbly and brown.

Mom said, be careful and don't burn this good cake. She had written on one copy of this recipe that it came from Marie Tapp. Marie was married to Bill Tapp, one of my Dad's cousins. Dad and Bill used to do carpentry and build houses in their off time from working at Conoco.
