2 fryer chickens cut up.
1/4 c. vegetable oil.
1 8oz. bottle Russian dressing.
1 envelope dry onion soup mix.
1 10oz. jar apricot preserves.
1 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.Put chicken aside. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Place chicken skin side up in a single layer in a shallow pan. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350º for one hour. Baste every so often.
