3 cups shredded green cabbage, 1 cup shredded red cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 3/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbs. veg. oil, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. tumeric, 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour marinade over slaw and refrigerate overnight.
