2 T, butter
1 1/4 c. milk/cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg beaten
2 T. flour
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, sugar and milk until sugar dissolves.
Add beaten egg, flour and salt to mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Make one small pie, double receipe for 2 pies.
Bake 10 min at 475
then reduce to 400 for 12-15 min.
