1 cup flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
4 1/2 tsp butter, melted
1/3 cucp chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, pumpkin & butter; stir into dry ingredients until blended. Fold in nuts.
Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions, until golden brown.
