2 lbs. red potatoes
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. prepared horseradish
1 T. chopped parsley
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 green onions, sliced.

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large pan and cover with water.
Add 1/4 t. salt and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 min. or until tender. Drain and cool, then cut potatoes into cubes.

In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, radish, parsley, pepper and salt. Stir in potatoes, bacon, eggs and onions. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hrs.
