9" pie shell
1/2 lb. swiss cheese finely shredded
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk

Fill pie shell with cheese, mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes
