1 1/2 c. (300g pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. (300g pkg) butterscotch chips
7 oz. (200g) Chinese chow mein noodles
1 c. (250mL) peanuts, optional


Melt the chips in the microwave according to the microwave directions for melting chocolate on the pkg.

Stir in enough noodles to use up the melted chocolate & butterscotch chips mixture.

Stir in peanuts - optional.

Drop on wax paper.

Allow to cool.

Yields: 24 large cookies (~ 36 small)
Freezing: Excellent
