3 beaten eggs
1 cup granulated or brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups pecan halves or large pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch pie crust (unbaked)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add corn syrup, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
