1 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

CRUMB TOPPING:
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x9" pan.

To Make Crumb Topping: In small mixing bowl, combine ingredients for the crumb topping and sprinkle on top of the coffeecake batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
