1lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 box seasoned Brownberry croutons
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
2-1/2 c. milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Grease a 9x13 glass baking pan. Cover with croutons and grated cheese. Reserve 1/2 c. bacon pieces and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients except butter. Pour over croutons. Then pour melted butter over mixture. Sprinkle top with reserved bacon bits. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300º. May substitute sautéed vegetables or cooked, drained sausage instead of bacon.
