1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco and real butter (use half Crisco and half butter)
1 package yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. mashed potatoes (cooled)
2 eggs
5-6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, salt, Crisco and butter together and bring to a boil. Let cool.
Mix yeast and warm water together and let cool.
Mix all ingredients together with beater. Add 5 to 6 cups flour gradually. Grease bowl, let double, punch down and refrigerate overnight. Next morning roll out, let rise 2 hours. Bake at 375º-400º.
