1 can Pumpkin (1 lb 13 oz can)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 and 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz can)
1 can regular milk
2 slightly beaten eggs

pie shell -2 cups flour, 2/3 cup shortening, 5 tbsp. cold water

Directions:

Mix everything together in order listed, pour into pie shells and bake at 400º for 10 minutes and 350º for about 50 minutes - until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Pieshell - cut flour and shortening together and add water - mix, roll into ball and roll out on floured board.

You can use two cans of evaporated milk, but I use one and then just fill the can up with regular milk for the second can.
