1 pkg frozen pastry dough
1 pkg soft brie (reduced fat ok)
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
handful of chopped walnuts
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Defrost 1 sheet of pastry dough according to directions on the box. Peel 7-8 cloves of garlic and place them in a tinfoil pack; drizzle with the 2 tbsp of olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Place cheese on dough and put roasted garlic on top along with walnuts. Close the dough over the cheese and toppings. Spread top with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a cookie sheet and bake according to the directions on the pastry dough box, although may need a little extra time for cheese to melt. Serve hot with crackers and grapes.
