2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa (kind for baking)
1/2 cup milk (2%)
1/2 cup margarine (Fleischman's regular works best)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Smucker's Natural peanut butter
3 cups quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, cocoa, milk, and margarine in a saucepan. Cook on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Stop stirring and let boil for exactly two minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter until peanut butter is melted. Add the oats and mix together. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper until set up and cool.
