1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine milk, egg yolks, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.

Variation: Add 2/3 cup fresh blueberries to the pie filling before baking.

This recipe is from Dan Handwerker, our across-the-street neighbor when we lived on Court Street in Memphis. Dan brought us one of these wonderful key lime pies. That's when we learned that Dan is a fantastic cook!
